How Agile Mindset helped to delivery an Olympic Games and Lead Agile Teams?
In this event I will talk about how it was to work in the Rio 2016 Olympics with the Agile Mindset and how it helped in delivering and sustaining the systems.
I will also talk about leadership for example, empowerment and especially how I failed and learned from the flaws in some of the projects I've worked on.
I will address issues I have experienced in my career, such as time to market, empathy, empowerment, transparency, metrics and more.
