How to convince the Executive Committee about the stakes of Agility and engage each leader, individually and collectively
After the exploration phase, Agility has entered its maturation phase. It is even going beyond delivering software to impose itself on the scale of the Enterprise. It then becomes useful to acculturate the decision-makers of the Enterprise to this famous Agility.
Based on my experience with a dozen of EXCOM, I will present different building blocks to design a disruptive full day workshop and I will share concrete results. Above all, it will be an opportunity to reflect on the strengths of the individual and collective incarnation of leaders to accompany the Enterprise’s transformation.
