Georg is now based in Northern Portugal with his wife Diana, and baby-boy Sammy, visiting London regularly after over 15 years of living there.
Georg's professional journey started 1999 by helping ~100 customers per day in the call center of Austria's first private mobile network. Since 2000 Georg has been working in digital product development and management, with the first 10 years in large multinational enterprises with IT-project led delivery.
From 2010 onwards Georg explores all ways of working more suited to complex-adaptive systems. Since 2014 Georg grounded and deepens his coaching stance, working with senior and execs of digital agencies to help them delight their customers, without staff burnout, or eroding margins.
